素质教育是当前体育教学的首要任务,在高校体育教学中,在教授基本知识、基本技能的同时,加强学生体育能力的培养是高校体育课的重要内容,也是现代社会进步的需要,是素质教育发展的一个趋势。在高校健美操课的教学中,紧紧围绕能力培养取得了良好的教学效果。
