摘要
自立动机是一个新的研究课题,其对于探讨自立的机制及教育措施有重要的理论和实践价值。笔者通过在理论上对自立动机的探讨及对大学生自立动机的开放式问卷与访谈调查,提出自立动机包含内部动力和外部动力两个方面,大学生的自立动机包含成就需要、挑战需要、自尊需要、发展需要、独立自主的需要、安全需要、责任与回报、生存压力、社会压力、自立要求、自立激发等11个维度。
Self-supporting motive is a new research project, which is of important value both to theory and to practice for the inquiry into the self-supporting mechanism and educational measures. The author points out that the self-supporting motive includes two aspects of the internal and external motive power, and that the college students' self-supporting motive includes the following eleven dimensions, such as achievement demand, challenge demand, self-respect demand, development demand, demand of maintaining independence and keeping the initiative, safety demand, responsibility and requital, existance pressure, social pressure, self-support demand, self-supporting stimulation and so forth by means of inquiring into the self-supporting motive in theory, carrying out the opening questions and answers of the self-support motive and interviewing investigation.
