摘要 Extinetion positions can be rapidly and accurately determined with interference figures by adjusting the isogyres to the position bisected by eross wire intersection,The accuracy of this method is 0.1 to 0.3°,corresponding the toat obtained by Nakamura plate.This method can be used in combination with universal stage,but is also applicable with spindle stage or ordinary petrograaphic microscope.
