摘要
针对食品加工过程中质量控制这一动态范围宽、模型难以建立的过程,提出了一个基于视觉的面包加工过程智能控制系统,主要控制面包的形状、大小和颜色。内容包括参数检测、视觉系统、模型建立以及智能控制策略。利用图像处理技术分析面包的质量参数,采用统计及神经 模糊技术建立其数学模型,构成多级计算机智能控制系统。通过产品的图像信息实时准确地检测产品的质量,构成质量闭环控制。该系统已应用到面包加工生产厂,达到了设计要求。该系统控制效果明显,减轻了劳动强度,提高了产品质量,不仅适合面包加工过程,同时可以应用到其他复杂工业生产过程的控制。
The food processing business entails numerous typical examples of large-scale dynamical processes. A vision-based intelligent control system approach to product monitoring and process control, including bun color, shape and size, is designed. The proposed features include data acquisition, vision-based product inspection, process modeling and intelligent control. By analyzing the parameters about product quality with image processing methods, and setting model with statistical and neuro-fuzzy methods, the hierarchical/intelligent control system is built. The system is applied to baking industry and reaches the request of designer. The system is not only applied to a bun baking process but also is applied to other industrial processes.
