摘要
从白腐菌中筛出了一株能对五类不同化学结构的染料进行高效脱色的菌株—— J-6。通过采用“批式”摇床培养法 ,测定染料脱色率 ,从而确定该菌株能高效脱色的最佳培养时间和连续处理染料的能力。发酵培养 96h的菌体可使活性艳蓝 R( A) SP在 5h内脱色率达 95 %以上 ;活性翠蓝 G、活性黑 GRP、混合染料在 9h内脱色率达 90 %以上 ;孔雀绿、Poly R-4 78在 2 4h内脱色率分别达 95 %、90 %以上。另外 ,J-6对不同染料最佳脱色时间和最终脱色效率与菌体本身发酵培养的时间长短和染料的种类紧密相关。J-6处理能力强 ,连续处理
J-6,a species of white rot fungi, can effectively decolourize dyes belonging to five chemical structures.Its optimum cultural time for effective decolourization and ability to successive treat dyes were tested. The results indicated that J-6 which was cultured for 96 h can remove above 95% color of reactive blue R(A)SP in 5 h, 90% color of reactive black GRP , reactive turquoise blue G, mixed dyes in 9 h, 95% of Malachite green and 90% of Poly R-478 in 24 h respectively; the resulting decolourization efficiency and optimal decolourization time of various dyes had close relations with incubated time of strains and variety of dyes. It still sustained a high decolourization rate after dyes had been successively treated 4 times.
