摘要
论述了加速城乡一体化建设过程中 ,加强环境保护工作的紧迫性 ;提出了以优美乡镇创建为抓手 ,生态县 (市 )、生态省建设为载体 ,整体推进环境保护工作 。
The emergency and significance to strengthen environmental protection for promoting integral construction of cities and villages were described. It was suggested that to construct the graceful villages,ecological county and province will carry forward the environmental protection integrally.
