摘要
在研究水垢成垢及生长的过程中,溶液状态监测装置和TLVM(时间延迟显微镜)作为两种独立的测量方法已被普遍采用。在实际研究中,人们仅单纯地采用其中一种手段来推测溶液的结晶状态,往往无法得到正确的结论。本文首次结合这两种实验手段,建立了溶液状态监测和TLVM相结合的装置。并利用这套装置实时监测了Ca(OH)2-H2O-CO2系统中溶液状态变化和界面生长的全过程,以及投加HEDP阻垢剂后对其产生的影响。这套装置的建立使得我们可以同时从溶液和晶体两方面实时研究水垢的生长情况。
Calcium carbonate is one of the most common scale components found in circular cooling water system. Although many models have been developed to predict the crystallization and morphology,the relationship between each other have usually been neglected due to a lack of a reliable model to predict how to build-up the scale. In this work. the growth of calcium carbonate precipitation has been studied by using a complex device. The effects of the solution composition, calcite crystal growth rate and morphology and the ability of the inhibitor HEDP have been examined.
