摘要
本文进行了不同来源菌种的分离,得到1株有较强絮能力的菌株凝结芽孢杆菌(Bacilluscoagulans)。以该株为研究对象,将该菌株摇床培养后对石油一厂隔油池出水、高岭土悬浊液等进行絮凝评价,探讨了培养时间、金属离子的价态、金属离子的浓度、絮凝剂投加量、pH值等因素对絮凝活性的影响。
The separation of bacterial spawn from different sources was conducted and a strain,called Bacillus coagulans,which has stronger flocculating ability ,was achieved.In this paper, after being cultured with a rotary shaker,the strain culture liquor is used as flocculant to carry out evaluation of flocculating effect for cultural time,valency and concentration of metal ions, dosage of flocculant, pH value etc.
