摘要
分析了高效多管除尘器的优点 ,指出了原高效多管除尘器设计的不足。对如何优化其设计 ,包括增配沉降室、管数的科学确定、材质的选择、管距的设计及旋风体的改造 ,提出了建议。
The advantages of high-efficiency multi-cyclone was analyzed, and the design shortages of original high-efficiency multi-cyclone was pointed out. Some opinions about its design optimization, such as addition of settler, pipe number determination, material selection, design of pipe distance and modification of cyclones etc., were presented.
