内分泌腺血管内皮生长因子在肝母细胞瘤中的表达 被引量:1

VEGF and its receptor KDR,EG-VEGF in hepatoblastomas

摘要 目的 研究肝母细胞瘤血管内皮生长因子 (vascularendotheliagrowthfactor ,VEGF)及其受体KDR、内分泌腺来源的血管内皮生长因子 (endocrinegland derivedvascularendotheliagrowthfactor,EG VEGF)表达规律 ,明确血管形成在肝母细胞瘤演化过程中所起的重要作用。方法 采用RT PCR方法 ,分别检测VEGF及KDR、EG VEGF基因在 2 2例肝母细胞瘤及其癌旁组织中mRNA的表达 ,并结合肝母细胞瘤的病理特征进行分析。结果 肝母细胞瘤VEGF基因mRNA表达率为6 8.18% (15 / 2 2 ) ,癌旁组织表达率为 2 2 .73% (5 / 2 2 ) ;EG VEGF肝母细胞瘤mRNA表达率为31.82 % (7/ 2 2 ) ,癌旁组织表达率为 72 .73% (16 / 2 2 ) ;KDR肝母细胞瘤mRNA表达率为 77.2 7%(17/ 2 2 ) ,癌旁组织表达率为 2 7.2 7% (6 / 2 2 )。肝母细胞瘤与其癌旁组织VEGF、KDR、EG VEGFmRNA表达差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 微血管形成及其调控因子、与肝母细胞瘤的生物学行为密切相关 ;在肝母细胞瘤的演变过程中起了不可低估的作用并对提高肝母细胞瘤的诊治有重要意义。 Objective To examine the expression of VEGF and its receptor KDR,EG-VEGF in hepatoblastomas and to assess the roles of vascular genesis in the development of hepatoblastomas.Methods The m-RNA of VEGF,KDR and EG-VEGF were quantified in 22 hepatoblastomas and peri-tumor tissues with RT-PCR. The pathological characteristics of hepatoblastomas were evaluated.Results The VEGF mRNA was expressed in 68.18% (15/22) in tumors and 22.73% (5/22) in peri-tumor tissues ;EG-VEGF mRNA was expressed in 31.82% (7/22) in tumors and 72.73% (16/22) of peri-tumors tissue whereas KDR was expressed in 77.27% (17/22) of tumors and 27.27% (6/22) of peri-tumor tissues. The differences between the expressions of VEGF,KDR and EG-VEGF in tumors and peri-tumor tissues were significant ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusions Angiogenesis,with its regulating factors,plays an important role in the biological behavior of hepatoblastoma.
