摘要
将相转移催化剂应用于淀粉丙烯腈接枝共聚物(SPAN)的皂化反应,与传统的皂化方法比较,皂化时间缩短了30%左右;对淀粉丙烯腈接枝物皂化产物(HSPAN)的后处理提出酸碱交替中和法(即盐酸中和—水洗—稀碱中和)代替传统的有毒的甲醇溶剂沉淀法,大幅度地降低成本,改善工作条件,避免环境污染;将HSPAN用作食用菌培养基的添加剂,初步试验结果表明,少量HSPAN的加入可提高菌丝生长速度16.7%~30.5%,缩短出菇时间10d左右,提高第一次出菇量24.2%~29.2%.
This paper reported for the first time that we applied phase transfer catalysts in the saponification reactions of starch graft polyacrylonitrile (SPAN). As contrasted with conventional method, the saponification time can be shortened about 30%. The aftertreat-ment method of saponified products (HSPAN) was also a critical step. The conventional method was to precipitate the saponified products with toxic methanol. A method of alternative neutralization with acid and base instead of precipitation with alcohol was put forward, which can not only reduced the production costs and bettered the working conditions, but also avoided environmental pollution. By this method, HSPAN with absorbency of 500-1 500 g/g could be obtained. As an additive for sanitary materials andas an agricultural absorbent, the utilization of HSPAN had been reported, we used it for the first time as an additive for culturing materials of eddibe fungi, the results indicated that the growing speed of hypha increases 16. 7%-30. 5%; the production period was shortened about 10 days and the first yield of mushroom was raised by 24. 2% - 29. 2%.
