摘要
分析比较了薄片式挠弹性器件自振频率测量的不同方法,进而提出了应用漫反射激光三角法实现对薄片式挠弹性器件进行非接触瞬态激励测量。该方法利用漫反射激光三角法测量摆动部分位移,避免了测量过程中位移与转动的干涉。测量采用瞬态激励效应来避免传统采用共振法测量频率时引入的外界干扰;根据测量信号特点,采用了最大似然法对测量模型求解。实际结果表明,标准测试状态下,瞬态激励法的测量精度比常规静态测量法提高约50倍,达到0.006Hz。
Comparing different frequency measurement methods of vibrating beam component (VBC) a non-contact instantly excited technique of frequency measurement of VBC using diffused reflection optical triangulation is developed. In order to avoid the interactions between displacement and rotation of VBC during measurement, diffused reflection optical triangulation is applied to measure the displacement of VBC. Moreover, instantly excited method is used to eliminate environment noise caused by conventional harmonic vibration method. At last, maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) method is used to solve the model of instantly excited frequency measurement method. The experimental results show that, in normal conditions, the frequency measurement accuracy of instantly excited method is 50 times higher than that of harmonic vibration method. It reaches 0.006 Hz.
