摘要
以乙醇 水溶液为物系,对转子内径为60mm,外径为180mm,高40mm的旋转填料床进行精馏试验。结果表明,在低转速区旋转填料床的理论塔板数随气相动能因子F和超重力因子β的增大而增大,传质单元高度为1.09~1.76cm;并建立了传质模型。
The mass-transfer efficiency of a new vapor-liquid contactor-Rotating Packed Bed(RPB) was studied.Distillation experiment was doing with the ethanol-watersystem,in RPB that contained a rotor,with an outside diameter of 180mm,an inside diameter of 60mm,axial depth of 40mm.The result showed that the mass-transfer efficiency of RPB increased correspond to the F and β in low rotating speed.The height of mass-transfer unit(HTU) was (1.09)~1.76cm and its mass transfer model was developed.
