摘要 研究了 30 0 ,4 5 0 ,5 5 0 ,6 5 0 ,80 0℃热处理对高速电弧喷涂 Fe- Al/ WC金属间化合物复合涂层的组织和滑动磨损性能的影响。结果表明 ,热处理后复合涂层中将析出 Fe2 W2 C和 Fe6 W6 C弥散相。 4 5 0~ 6 5 0℃热处理后 ,部分 Fe3Al转变成 Fe Al造成的点阵畸变以及 Fe2 W2 C和 Fe6 W6 C的弥散强化作用 ,使复合涂层的显微硬度明显提高。通过热处理提高 Fe- Al/ WC复合涂层的显微硬度 。 An experimental study had been carried out to investigate the influence of heat treatment at 300, 450, 550, 650, 800°C on the microstructure and sliding wear behavior of Fe-Al/WC intermetallic composite coatings produced by high velocity arc spraying (HVAS) and cored wires. The Fe2W2C and Fe6W6C precipitated phases were found in heat treated coatings. After heat treatment at 450 - 650°C, the dispersion strengthening of Fe2W2C and Fe6W6C and distortion of lattice due to some Fe3Al transformation into FeAl led to rise of microhardness of the coatings. Increasing the microhardness through heat treatment would improve the sliding-wear resistance of the Fe-Al/WC composite coatings.
