摘要 研究了电子束物理气相沉积热障涂层在 115 0~ 30℃之间的循环氧化行为 ;分析了 TGO中 YSZ- Al2 O3混合区的形成过程及其对 TGO的生长与 TBCs失效的影响。 TGO的向外生长和 TBC沉积时形成的 YSZ细晶区是形成 YSZ-Al2 O3混合区的两个重要条件。 YSZ- Al2 O3混合区对 TBCs失效的影响表现在加速 The cyclic oxidation behavior of EB-PVD TBCs between 1150°C and 30°C was investigated. The formation process of YSZ-A12O3 mixed zone in TGO and its effect on the growth of TGO and failure of TBCs were analyzed. Outward growth of TGO and YSZ fine grains zone were two important requirements for the formation of YSZ-A12O3 mixed zone. The effect of YSZ-A12O3 mixed zone on the failure of TBCs lies with the accelerated growth of TGO and cracks easily formed in the oxide mixed zone.
