摘要
以钛酸正丁酯为前驱体制得钛凝胶涂覆在石英玻璃管上,通过热处理得到锐钛矿型纳米二氧化钛薄膜,并以此石英管为反应器,考察了纳米TiO2薄膜对NOx的光催化脱除能力,研究了涂膜次数、气体浓度、湿度对光催化效果的影响.结果表明经过120min的光催化反应,不同浓度的气体中NOx的脱除率均在95%以上.图5,参11.
In this article, using sol-gel method, titanium gel is obtained by butyl titanate as it's precursor and then coat on quartz tubes. By co-heating process, the titanium film is coherented on the tube wall as a kind of anatase crystalline phase. Thus the tube photocatalysis reactor is made to assess it's DeNO_x capability. In the experiment, the influence of coating times, NO_x concentration and humidity were considered and discussed. the result implys that the reaction is a multi-phase photocatalysis and more than 95 percent of NO_x in different gas mixtures was reduced within 2 hours. 5figs.,11refs.
