摘要
分析了东营南坡构造深井复杂地层的特点及钻井难点,从优化井身结构、优选钻头类型、优选钻井参数及选择合理的钻井液体系等方面,详细介绍了该构造深井配套系列钻井工艺技术。该技术的实施,成功地解决了复杂地层的井壁失稳问题,有效地保护了油气层,提高了钻井速度,为该地区安全、快速及经济钻井奠定了坚实的基础。
This paper analyzes the geological features and drilling challenges for the Nanpo structure. A set of supporting drilling techniques suited for the structure are articulated in this paper, including optimizing casing schematics, bit type, drilling parameters and drilling fluids system, etc. These techniques successfully cope with the wellbore instability under complex formations, protect hydrocarbon zones, increase ROP, lay solid foundations for rapid and economic drilling operations.
