摘要
由黏附分子介导的细胞间、细胞与细胞外基质黏附的细胞黏附机制,是多细胞生物体最基本的生物学现象,也是参与 肾脏等多种疾病免疫病理损伤过程的物质基础。其在肾脏炎性病变、肾小管损伤、肾间质纤维化等发生发展中起重要作用。而 针对黏附分子的抗黏附调节,将可能成为肾脏等多种疾病的有效防治手段。
The mechanism of intercellular adhesion and cell-extracellular matrix adhesion mediated by cell adhesion molecules is the most essential biological phenomenon of multiple cell organism, which is the material basis of immune pathological injury of many diseases such as renal diseases. Cell adhesion has a vital effect on renal inflammatory injury, renal tubular lesions and interstitial fibrosis. Anti-adhesive adjustion might be the effective preventive and therapeutic method of multiple diseases like renal diseases.
