摘要
目的 :评价醒脑静在抢救急性阿片类药物中毒中的作用。方法 :醒脑静联合纳洛酮静脉使用抢救阿片类中毒患者 4 5例 ,并与单纯纳洛酮救治的 2 5例对照。结果 :联用治疗效果优于对照组。结论 :二药联用可缩短呼吸抑制及苏醒时间。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of Xingnaojing in emergency treatment of acute opiums poisoning. Method: Xingnaojing combined with Naloxone was used IV. to rescue 45 cases of opiums poisoning, the effect of which was compared with that of 25 cases treated with Naloxone only. Result: Two drugs used in combination could shorten the time of respiratory inhibition and the time to resuscitation.
