氧化铝陶瓷微波焊接及其加热特征研究 被引量:1

摘要 微波焊接具有接头强度高、升温速度快、局部加热、易于控制等优点。在吸收、消化和改进国外近年来关于微波烧结和焊接研究工作的基础上,研制成功了一台低功率微波焊接装置。初步发现:在低压条件下,在1400℃保温20min,利用该装置实现了Al_2O_3-Al_2O_3的直接焊接。从扫描电镜(SEM)照片上发现:焊缝已经消失。同时亦对Al_2O_3陶瓷在焊接过程中的微波加热特征进行了讨论。 Microwave joining has advantages, such as high joint strengths, rapid increase of temperature in heating, used for local heating and easy to control. By adopting and modifying the latest technology of microwave sintering and joining, a low power microwave joining system has been set up in SICAS. The preliminary tests indicate that alumina-alumina direct joining is achieved under low pressure and at 1400℃ with soaking time of 20 minutes. SEM observation shows that the joined boundary has already disappeared. Moreover microwave heating characteristics of alumina during joining are also discussed in the paper.
