摘要 介绍了无填料喷雾塔技术对造气循环水系统凉水塔改造的实际应用。从增加恒压盒和过滤器、采用管道变径保压技术、轴流风机的选择和安装等方面阐述了改造安装过程中需特别注意的几项技术措施 ,对改造前后降温效果进行了对比 ,结果表明 ,循环水温由 3 4.8℃降至 2 8.8℃。 Actual application was introduced for packless mist spray tower technology in the reformation of cooling water tower of gasification recycling water system, some technical measures to be specially noticed were described during the process of reformation & installation from the aspects of adding the constant pressure box and filter, using constant pressure technology by varying the diameter of pipeline, selecting and installing the axial blower ETC; comparison was made for desuperheating effect before and after the reformation, the result indicates that the temperature of recycling water can be reduced from 34.8 ℃ to 28.8 ℃.
