摘要
研究了以Mn2O3为氧化剂,在硫酸介质中氧化对甲基苯磺酸合成对羰基苯磺酸的工艺条件,最适宜的条件是:反应温度高于95℃,c(H2SO4)=8.0mol/L,Mn2O3的加入量为理论量的110%。Mn2O3是在650℃下灼烧MnO2得到。
In this article the synthesis of 4-carbonyl benzenesulfonic acid was studies, in which 4-methylbenzenesulfonic acid was used as raw material while Mn_2O_3, that was obtained by heating MnO_2 at 923 K, employed as oxidant and H_2SO_4 as reaction medium. Based on experimental results the optimal reaction conditions were determined including the H_2SO_4 concentration of 8.0 mol/L and the reaction temperature of 368 K accompanied with the addition excess oxidant 10%.
