摘要 本文研究了在Sr-Bi-Ti系统中引入K和MgO后,对材料性能的影响。初步研制成一种介电常数大、介质损耗小,温度特性好,适合制造陶瓷高压电容器的介质材料。应用X光衍射仪、电子显微镜、能谱色散X射线谱仪等分析手段,对典型试样的晶体结构和显微结构进行了研究。 The K is added to the Sr-Bi-Ti system to improve dielectric behavior, and it is found thatfine-grained ceramics can be obtained by adding MgO to Sr-Bi-K-Ti system. The dielectric mate-rial with a high dielectric constant, good temperature characterities and low dielectric loss is devel-oped for high-voltage ceramic capacitor. Microstruture of specimens is studied by X-ray diffraction, SEM and EDAX analysis. The re-sults show that the dielectric material consists of main crystalline phasc strontium titante solid solu-tion and secondary crystalline phase Mg Ti_2O_5. The former has high dielectric constant, the latteracts as grain growth inhibition.
