基于健壮性原理的板坯横移车改造设计

摘要 分析横移车产生故障的原因 ,根据设计健壮性原理 ,改变运行机构的拓扑结构 ,以集中驱动代替分别驱动 ;增加健壮性系数 ,极大提高了改造设计的健壮性 ,取得了经济效益最大化。 Causes to troubles occurring in the transverse moving vehicles are analyzed.According to the principle of robustness design the topological structures of the traveling mechanisms are modified and the integrated driving model adopted in place of the sparated driving and coefficiencies of robustness increased.As the results,the robustness is greatly improved in the reconstruction design and maximization of economical efficiency achieved.
