摘要
为提高有机硅氧烷 -丙烯酸酯共聚乳液聚合的稳定性 ,通过合成试验和乳液性能测试 ,研究了聚合温度、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷 (A - 15 1)加入方法、乳化剂种类及用量等对乳液性能的影响。结果表明 ,采用过硫酸钾 -亚硫酸氢钠氧化还原引发体系、A - 15 1后添加工艺 ,以十二烷基硫酸钠 (SDS) /乙烯基烷基酚聚氧乙烯磺酸盐 (DNS6 )为复合乳化剂 ,乳化剂质量分数为 2 .5 %时 ,聚合反应的稳定性好 ,得到的硅丙乳夜粒径小且分布窄。以该硅丙乳液为基料配成的水性外墙涂料性能优良。
In order to improve the stability of organsiloxane - aery-late copolymer emulsion, the effects of polymerization temperature, adding method of Vinyltriethoxysilane, typt; and concentration of emulsifier on polymerization stability were investigated by synthesis experiment and performance testing. It is shown that the polymerization stability of siloxane - acrylic microemulsion is improved and the particle sizes o emulsion are small and narrow distributing while employing redox initiator, shortening polymeric time of Vinyltriethoxysilane, and using 2. 5 wt % nixed emulsifiers of sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS) /vinyl alkylphenoi polyoxethylene sulfonate (DNS6) . The waterborne exterior wall coatings made of above siloxane - acrylate emulsion has excellent properties.
