摘要
目的 :探讨造成尿液分析仪 (UF - 10 0全自动尿沉渣分析仪和尿十项分析仪 )红细胞假阳性测定的影响因素。方法 :用UF - 10 0法计数尿沉渣红细胞阳性 (RBC >15 /HP)的尿标本和尿十项分析仪测定尿血红蛋白 (BLO)阳性的尿标本用显微镜法镜检红细胞对照。结果 :UF - 10 0计数RBC >15 /HP ,尿十项分析仪测定BLO阳性 ,镜检RBC >3/HP的尿标本 12 0例 ;UF - 10 0计数RBC >15 /HP ,尿十项分析仪测定BLO阴性 ,镜检RBC <3/HP的尿标本有 197例(其中镜检有 :草酸钙结晶 115例 ,酵母样真菌 82例 ) ;UF - 10 0计数RBC <15 /HP ,尿十项分析仪测定BLO阳性 ,镜检RBC <3/HP的尿标本 78例。结论 :菌尿、草酸钙结晶尿影响全自动尿沉渣分析仪和尿十项化学分析仪红细胞检测结果。
Objective Study these effect factors that caused false positive of red blood cell counting by urine examination instrument(UF-100 full-automatic urine sediment Examination instrument and urine 10 sum Examination instrument).Methods urine sample that had red blood cell(RBC>15/HP) by UF-100 and had blood oxyphorase (BLO) by urine 10 sum Examination instumemt.checked by microscope.Results There Were 120 cases (RBC>15/HP by UF-100、BLO positive by urine 10 sum Examination instrument and RBC>3/HP by microscope)192 cases(RBC>15/HP by UF-100BLO negaative by urine 10 sum Examinarion instrument and RBC<3/HP by microscope,including 115 cases of oxalic acid calcium crystal and 82 cases of saccharomycetes) and 78 cases (RBC<15/HP by UF-100BLO positive by urine 10 sum Examination instrument and RBC<3/HP by microscope).Conclusion bacterium and crystal of oxalic acid calcium in urine affected the result of UF-100(full-automatic urine sediment Examination instrument) and urine 10 sum Examination instrument.
