摘要
采用ICP AES法测定冷轧钢板表面涂覆的硅量。钢板尺寸为 5cm× 5cm或直径 4cm ,在 6 0℃恒温、体积分数为 2 5 %的盐酸溶液中浸渍处理 30s将表面涂层剥离 ,定容后ICP AES测定。扣除空白后计算钢板表面涂覆硅量。讨论了酸的种类、酸的浓度、温度对剥离的影响 ,空白的影响 ,以及Fe对Si分析线的光谱干扰。测定结果准确 ,与辉光 -光谱法测定一致 。
An ICP-AES method for determination of surface silicon on cold-rolled steel plates was introduced. The steel plate samples were in the size of 5 cm×5 cm or in the diameter of 4 cm. The silicon coatings were stripped by immersion into hydrochloric acid solution with volume percentage of 25% at the constant temperature of 60 ℃ for 30 s. (Silicon) contents in the prepared and the blank solution were respectively determined by the ICP-AES method. Influences of acid types, acid concentration and temperature on stripping were experimentally studied. The blank effect and the spectroscopic interference of iron to the analytical Si lines were discussed. The analytical results were accurate and agreed with those determined by the glow discharge-spectrometry(GDS).
