摘要
目的研究低分子甲壳铵的理化性质 ,考察其抑制肿瘤的作用。方法采用电位滴定、凝胶色谱、紫外、红外等方法测定低分子甲壳铵的理化性质 ;用移植肿瘤试验 (S180 实体瘤 )方法 ,观察其抑制肿瘤作用。结果低分子甲壳铵相对分子质量均匀 ,水溶性好 ,给小鼠连续喂服 10d后与对照组比较 ,有明显的抑制肿瘤的作用 (P <0 .0 1)。结论低分子甲壳铵易溶于水 ,且具有一定的抑制肿瘤的作用。
PurposeThe study was carried out with the purpose of detecting the physical and chemical properties of low molecular N-trimethyl chitosan chloride and investigating its antitumor effect.MethodsThe physical and chemical properties of low molecular N-trimethyl chitosan chloride was assayed by potential-titration,gel-chromatography,ultraviolet-visible spectrophotography,infrared spectrophotography,and so on;and its antitumor effect was observed by the method of transplating tumor experiment.ResultsThe results showed that the Low molecular N-trimethyl chitosan chloride is easy to dissolve in water and its molecular weight is uniform;and it was identified as affective substance with apparent antitumor effect compared with contrast group(P<0.01) by the test of mice feeding on low molecul N-trimethyl chitosan chloride for continuously ten days.ConclusionLow molecul N-trimethyl chitosan chloride is easy to dissolve in water and has certain antitumor effect.
