摘要
目的对黄毛格木(Aralia decaisneana Hance)的降糖活性成分进行化学研究。方法用大孔树脂和硅胶柱色谱对黄毛楤木的水提液进行分离,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果得到9个齐墩果酸型皂苷类成分,分别是:楤木皂苷Ⅳ(1),楤木皂苷Ⅱ(2),楤木皂苷Ⅻ(3),楤木皂苷ⅪⅤ(4),楤木皂苷ⅩⅥ(5),楤木皂苷Ⅲ(6),黄毛楤木皂苷D(7),楤木皂苷Ⅶ(8),楤木皂苷ⅩⅤ(9)。结论 黄毛楤木皂苷D为一新化合物。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the anti-diabetic active constituents from the bark of Aralia decaisneana Hance. METHODS To separate the constituents of Aralia decaisneana Hance by silica gel column chromatography, and to identify their structures on the basis of spectral analysis. RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as Araliasaponin Ⅳ(1) , Araliasaponin Ⅱ(2), Araliasaponin Ⅻ(3) , Aralisaponin ⅩⅣ(4), Aralisaponin ⅩⅥ(5), Araliasaponin Ⅲ(6), Aradecoside D (7), Araliasaponin and Araliasaponin Ⅹ Ⅴ (9) respectiuely. CONCLUSION Aradecoside D was found for the first time.
