摘要
目的:探讨骨髓基质细胞与聚己内酯 (PCL )的生物相容性 ,为骨组织工程中生物材料的选择提供实验依据。方法 :将骨髓基质细胞与 PCL体外复合培养 ,进行形态学观察和细胞增殖、蛋白质含量及酶学测定。结果 :骨髓基质细胞能在 PCL上贴附、繁殖 ,其生长及功能不受影响 ,并且 PCL具有一定的促细胞增殖作用。结论 :PCL具有良好的生物相容性 ,有可能作为骨髓基质细胞的载体而应用于骨组织工程的研究。
Objective: To evaluate the biocompatibility of PCL with bone marrow stromal cell. Methods: The biocompatibility of PCL fiber was examined through cell culturing method. The BMSc was cultured in combination with fiber. The extending speed of the cell,the proliferation and alkalin phosphatase(alp) activity were tested. Result: There were no inhibition to cellular proliferation and alp activity of BMSc when it was cultured in combination with PCL fiber in vitro. Conclusion: Fiber possess satisfactory biocompatibility in vitro.
