梅山炼钢厂通过对中间包的扩容改造,提高中间包及水口的烘烤效率;增加中间包冶金稳流器,改进中间包水口座砖、挡渣墙等耐火材质;进行中间包气幕挡墙控制技术的开发等一系列技术改造,大大提升了中间包的冶金功能,实现有效控制钢水的成分、温度和夹杂物含量,提高钢质量的目的.
The metallurgical function of tundish for continuous casting has been greatly enhanced through a series of revamping processes such as enlarging the tundish capacity, increasing the baking efficiency of tundish and nozzle, adding to the tundish a metallurgical flow stabilizer, employing high quality bricks for the nozzle and slag separator, and adopting an argon-curtain slag separating technique. As a result, an effective control of composition, temperature and inclusion of molten steel is realized, and steel quality raised.
