The New Characteristics of the Latest Video Compression Standard H.264

摘要 主要介绍H.264的新特点,以及与之对应的编码技术上的改进,对其做了总体评价,并指明了其应用范围和前景。 In this paper, the new characteristics of H.264 and the corresponding improvement of the encoding technology are introduced. It concludes with its overall evaluation as well as its applications and prospects.
