Based on questionnaires distributed to 107 subjects, this paper makes a systematic study and analysis on ICCA (Intercultural Communication Awareness) and SLA (Second Language Acquisition), presents an ICCA hierarchy and a set of 'ICCA and SLA Hypotheses', and discusses the implications drawn from the study.
