摘要
目的 :建立九制大黄丸鉴别方法。方法 :设九制大黄丸、大黄素、大黄药材等 5组 ,采用薄层层析法对照鉴别。结果 :建立了九制大黄丸及大黄的薄层层析鉴别方法。结论 :此法可用于九制大黄丸的质量控制。
Objective: to create a method for discriminating Jiu Zhi Dai Huang Wan. Method: setting up five groups of Dai Huang Wan, Dai Huang Su and Radix et Rhizoma Rhei to be discriminated via thin-layer chromatography. Result: a thin-layer chromat ography was created for discriminating Jiu Zhi Dai Huang Wan from Radix et Rhizo ma Rhei. Conclusion: the method can be adopted in the control of the quality of Jiu Zhi Dai Huang Wan.
