摘要
目的:合成氧雄龙。方法:以表雄酮为起始原料,经氧化、还原、狄克曼缩合水解、缩酮化、奥氏氧化、格氏加成、水解、拜尔-维列格氧化8步反应合成目标物氧雄龙。结果与结论:目标物经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱及元素分析确证其化学结构,总收率达21%。
Objective:To synthesize oxandrolone. Methods:Oxandrolone was synthesized by using 3β-hydroxy-5α-andronstan as starting material via a 8 steps process (oxidation,reduction,Dieck-mann condensation by heating with acetic anhydride, hydrolysis with sodium hydroxide,ketolization, Oppenauer oxidation, Grignard alkylation, hydrolysis and Baeyer-Villiger oxidation by perbenzoic acid). Results and Conclusion: The chemical structure of the resultant product was confirmed by IR,1H-NMR,MS and element analysis with a total yield of 21 % .
