摘要 目的 了解吸烟对女性内分泌腺功能及其微量元素代谢和抗氧化功能的影响。方法 点状采集北方某市郊区连续居住 5年以上 ,至今连续吸烟 2年以上 ,未服避孕药的 30~ 4 0岁女性尿和血 ,测定甲状腺体积和游离甲状腺素 (FT4、FT3 )、促甲状腺素 (TSH)和雌二醇 (E2 )等。结果 吸烟者FT4及E2 比对照减少 10 9%及 13 6 % (P均 <0 0 5 ) ;FT3 和TSH增加 34 4 % (P <0 0 1)及 10 9% (P <0 0 5 ) ,碘和谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶 (GPx)及硒减少 11 6 %和15 7% (P均 <0 0 5 )及 2 2 4 % ,铅、镉及脂质过氧化物 (LPO)增加 2 5 4 %、16 0 2 %及 31 1% (P均 <0 0 1) ;铅与碘和硒的r =- 0 6 83和 - 0 5 37(P均 <0 0 1) ;硒与FT3 和GPx的r =- 0 6 88和 - 0 5 4 6 (P均 <0 0 1) ;LPO与E2 及GPx的r =- 0 4 4 6 (P <0 0 5 )和 - 0 6 5 9(P <0 0 1)。结论 吸烟可干扰女性内分泌腺之间的协调 ,与毒物产生的自由基和抑制有关微量营养素吸收有关。 Objective To understand the influence of smoking on feminine endocrine gland function and the microelement metabolism and the oxidizing function.Methods To collect punctately the urine and blood of women whose ages ranged from 30 to 40,who lived in some north suburb continually over 5 years and smoked over 2 years and did not take orally the contraceptive drug,to test the volume of thyroid and FT 4,FT 3,TSH and estradiol(E 2),etc.Results The FT 4 and E 2 of the smoking women were 10.9% and 13.6% lower(P ar<0.05) than the control group respectively.The FT 3 and TSH increased 74.4%(P<0.01) and 10.9%(P<0.05);the iodine and GPx and selenium decreased 11.6%(P<0.05) and 15 7% and 22.4%(P ar<0.01);the lead and cadmium and LPO increased 25.4% and 160.2% and 31.1%(P ar<0.01);the value of r of the lead iodine and selenium were -0.683 and -0.537(P ar<0.01) respectively;the value of r of selenium and FT 3 and GPx were -0.688 and -0.546(P ar<0.01) respectively;the value of r of the LPO and E 2 were -0.446 and(P<0.05) and -0.659(P<0.01).Conclusion Smoking could interfere the coordination of the feminine endocrine gland function,which was concerned with the free radical caused by the poison and the inhibition against the absorption of micronutrient.
