摘要
在实验室模拟装置及工厂 1.4L规模的侧流试验装置上 ,分别进行了NWB型无铬高变催化剂性能的评价 ,并与英国ICI71- 4型低汽气比高变催化剂进行了对比。结果表明 ,NWB型催化剂在节能合成氨装置低汽气比工况条件下具有良好的变换活性、选择性和稳定性 ,能够满足大型节能合成氨装置的操作要求 ,同时 ,也是一种节能。
The evaluation of the performance of NWB type non-chromium high temperature shift catalyst is carried out on the experimental simulated device and 1.4 L industrial side-stream test device, and the comparison with ICI71-4 type lower stream/gas ratio high temperature shift catalyst come from Britain is made. The results indicate that the NWB type catalyst operated on the energy-saving ammonia synthesis plant at lower stream/gas ratio shows satisfactory activity, selectivity and stability, which can meet the operating demands of large scale energy-saving ammonia synthesis plant. Meanwhile, the NWB type catalyst has features of energy-saving and environmental protection.
