摘要
对热压合成CaOZrO2 BN复合材料进行了研究。实验分别以CaCO3,ZrO2 ,BN和CaO ,ZrO2 ,BN为原料 ,采用热压烧结的方法在 15 5 0℃、高纯氮气保护下制备合成试样 ,通过热力学计算分析反应过程 ,同时借助XRD ,TEM等手段对材料的显微结构进行观察和分析。结果表明 :以CaCO3为原料的试样被氧化 ,其氧化最终产物为 2CaO·B2 O3。而以CaO为原料的试样经TEM观测及对其衍射花样的标定证实 ,TEM图中黑色块状晶粒为CaZrO3,白色层状晶粒为BN 。
A new CaO-ZrO2-BN composite sintered by hot-pressing sintering was studied. Taking CaCO3/ZrO2/BN and CaO/ZrO2/BN as raw materials respectively composite samples were synthesized by hot-pressing sintering at 1550°C in the protective atmosphere of N2 with high purity. The sintering process was analyzed by thermodynamic calculation, and the microstructure of the composite samples was investigated by XRD and TEM. Results show that the sample synthesized by CaCO3/ZrO2/BN is oxidized and the end product is 2CaO·B2O3, which is proved by XRD result. TEM image of the sample synthesized by CaO/ZrO2/BN verifies that the black grain is CaZrO3 and the white grain is BN, which is in accordance with the XRD result.
