摘要
扩大基本社会养老保险的覆盖面是发展社会主义市场经济和提高人民生活质量的需要,然而,扩大社会养老保险覆盖面不可能一蹴而就,要克服许多困难,要积极而审慎地开展这项工作。
It is important to extend the coverage of the basic social security insurance in the development of socialist market economy and the improvement of people' s life quality.But it cannot be accomplished in one move.With a lot of difficulties to be overcome,the task must be fulfilled positively and carefully.
