摘要
本文介绍了自我调节学习的概念,并阐述了自我调节过程是一个循环活动。这个循环分三个阶段:先前准备、作业或意志控制和自我反思。先前准备直接影响作业阶段,而自我反思主要是反思作业阶段的情况,自我反思过程影响接下来的先前准备阶段,并为学习者的进一步努力做准备。因此,构成自我调节阶段的循环。自我调节水平的高低决定学习者在自我调节过程中体验到的是自我毁灭还是自我实现。
This article defines the self -regulated learning habit and describes the process of self -regulation as cyclical phases:forethought,performance or volitional control,and self -reflection.The forethought phase of self -regulation prepares the learner for and influences the effectiveness of the performance or volitional control phase processes,which in turn processes used during self -reflection phase.These self -reflective processes influence subsequent forethought and prepare the learner efforts to achievemastery.Student' s level of self -regulatory skill ultimately determines whether their learning experiences will become self -destructive or self -fulfilling
