摘要
在当今国际社会中 ,发展中国家与发达国家在国家主权原则上存在着实质性的分歧和尖锐的冲突。这些分歧和冲突可以归结为十个方面 ,通过对其进行系统的剖析可以发现 ,它们不仅仅是西方殖民统治的产物 ,而且也是当前西方发达国家推行新殖民主义政策、继续剥削和控制发展中国家并企图永远主导国际社会的结果。只要西方国家不改变其霸权主义政策和损人利己的战略意图 ,双方在主权问题上的分歧和冲突就必将会长期存在下去。
In the contemporary international society, it is an obvious fact that there are essential disputes and conflicts between the developing and developed countries. The author divides them into ten major aspects and makes a deep analysis of them, concluding that they are not only the consequences of Western colonialism, but also the results of the Western countries' covert colonial policy so that they can continue to control and exploit the developing countries and dominate the international society for ever. The disputes on state sovereignty, however, will certainly go on in future if the Western countries do not change their hegemonic policy and selfish strategic intentions.
