摘要
【目的】对我国部分省市粮食粉尘中的苏芸金芽孢杆菌 (B t )野生株的进行分离、纯化及H血清型鉴定。【方法】利用NB选择培养基法分离、纯化B t 野生株 ;采用B t 标准株H抗原抗血清及试管凝集实验进行H血清型鉴定。【结果】我国部分省市粮食粉尘中的B t 野生株的平均出菌土样率为 4 8 8%,B t 的平均分离率为 1 5 78%;不同血清型的比例依次为H4a4c (48 8%) >H3a3b (1 6 2 %) >H2 1 (1 4 6 %) >H4a4b (6 5 %)>H5a5b (3 3%) >H1 8(2 4 %) ,H1 (2 4 %)。【结论】我国粮仓是B t 资源较为丰富的微生态系统 ,B t 种群高度多样化 ,肯尼亚亚种为仓贮环境中的优势种。
To isolate the Bacillus thuringiensis native strains from warehouses grain dusts in China and analyze their H antigen serotypes. Bacillus thuringiensis native strains were isolated by NB medium. The H antigen serotypes of Bacillus thuringiensis strains were analyzed by virtue of the tube agglutinating test.The percentages of different H antigen serotypes are as follows:H 4a4c (48 8%)>H 3a3b (16 2%)>H 21 (14 6%)>H 4a4b (6 5%)>H 5a5b (3 3%)>H 18 (2 4%),H 1(2 4%).[Conclusion] Bacillus thuringiensis native strains in the warehouses grain dusts is highly diversified. Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. kenyae is the dominant species.
