摘要
目的 评定山区农村中学教师的健康状况 ,为全面开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法 随机抽取5省 45所山区农村中学的 3 0 7名教师 ,用“中学教师自测健康评定量表”进行测试 ,并将结果做独立样本的均数差异显著性检验。结果 山区农村中学教师自测心理健康问题突出 ;青年教师与中老年教师自测健康显示差异有显著性 ,尤以青年教师的心理健康与社会适应问题突出 ;不同学历的教师在自测生理、心理健康及自测健康总分上存在显著性差异 ;未婚、已婚的教师在自测生理、心理及社会健康上都存在显著性差异 ;初、高级中学教师自测健康差异非常显著 ,高中教师好于初中教师 ;教师自测健康性别差异不显著。结论 山区农村中学教师的健康状况不容乐观 ,要予以积极关注 ,尤其是要关注青年教师。
Objective To investigate the health status of middle school teachers in mountainous rural areas in China Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 307 middle school teachers in mountainous rural areas in Jiangxi, Liaoning, Shanxi, Hebei, and Henan Provinces, 176 males and 131 females; 48 aged≤25, 115 aged 26~25, 84 aged 36~45, 33 aged 46~55, 27 aged≥56; 22 with the educational level of technical secondary school, 149 of training school, and 132 of college; 236 married and 69 unmarried; all selected by random sampling Results The excellent rate was 44 30% for self tested general health status, 69 38% for self tested physiological health, about 50% for self tested social health, and 31 59% for self tested psychological health The inferior rate was 14 98% for self tested general health status, 6 19% for self tested physiological health, about 50% for self tested social health, and 26 06% for self tested psychological health There was a trend that the scores for the mental health and social health dimensions increased along with the increase of age and along with the raising of educational level In general those married and the teachers of senior middle schools showed higher average scores in different sub scales in comparison with those unmarried and the teachers of junior middle schools There was no significant difference in different dimensions between male and female teachers Conclusion The self tested health status of the teachers of middle schools in mountainous rural areas is not satisfactory, Especially among those unmarried and those with lower educational levels
