摘要
本文以体育学院 10名男子学生为研究对象 ,随机分成对照组和吸氧组 ,通过其递增负荷运动后吸入一定高浓度氧气 ,观察其对血液中红细胞抗氧化功能的影响 .结果表明 :运动后 30分钟 ,吸氧组SOD的浓度高于运动后即刻 ,而对照组则少于 ,两者相比表现显著性 ,30分钟后两组MDA的值增加 ,但吸氧组的变化值比对照组要低 ,提示吸入一定浓度的氧气有利于红细胞抗氧化功能的维持 。
Twenty male students from the physical education department joined in the experiment, all of them were arranged into two groups, one without oxygen, the other inhaled oxygen. After incremental exercise, the SOD and MDA in Erythrocyte would be tested to observe the effect of high concentration. The result was as fellows: after 30 minutes of exercise, the concentration of SOD in the inhaled group was higher than one after exercise was over immediately, but the one in the contrasted group was low, and there was the significance between two groups. 30 minutes later, the concentration of MDA was higher, but the change in the inhaled group was lower than contrasted group. So the article indicated that there might be some active effect for the function of SOD in Erythrocyte if inhaled some high concentration oxygen, and there might play the role of the clearance of free radical in the blood.
