摘要
目的探讨中药复方制剂怡欣乐(YXL)口服液治疗慢性疲劳综合征的作用机制。方法采用强制冷水游泳模拟慢性疲劳发病过程的动物模型,从应激角度,观察应激导致动物疲劳时,其行为及神经内分泌系统的变化和YXL对该变化的影响。结果强制冷水游泳应激使小鼠自发活动减少,出现抑郁倾向;力竭游泳时间缩短,体力下降;血清中肾上腺素(E)、多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量升高,肾上腺抗坏血酸含量降低,这些与慢性疲劳患者症状表现和实验室检查结果相似,YXL可以调节上述变化。结论抗应激和抗疲劳是YXL治疗慢性疲劳综合征的重要机理所在。
Objective To study the therapeutic mechanism of Yixinle Oral Liquid (YOL) in treating chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods Animal models with chronic fatigue syndrome were induced by forced swimming in the cold water. The effect of YOL on behavior and neuroendocrine changes in mice was observed. Results Forced swimming in the cold water caused the reduction of spontaneous activity, exhausted-swimming time and physical strength . Furthermore, serum levels of epinephrine, dopamine, hydroxytryptamine were enhanced, and ascorbic acid content in adrenal gland was depressed in the mice model. The above changes were in accord with the clinical manifestations of patients with chronic fatigue syndrome. YOL could regulate the above changes. Conclusion Anti-stress and anti-fatigue effects were the key mechanism of YOL in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.
