摘要
公司治理问题最近已经成为公司金融领域内的研究重点。通过对公司治理结构的分析,从外部市场利益相关者的角度,讨论了公司治理结构与金融市场、经理人市场、产品市场等外部市场的互动博弈关系,并对我国国有企业公司治理结构的优化以及市场改革提出了政策建议。
The problem of firms' administration had become the research point i n firms' financial field. Through the analysis on firms' administering structure , and from the angle of the persons having the related benefit with the external market, this paper discusses on the interactive and game-playing relations bet ween firms' administering structure and the external market including the financ ial market, the managers' market, and the product market, etc.
