分析了业绩评价的不同层次,阐述了从企业目标出发设计业绩评价指标的理由,提出企业应制订合理的报酬计划以形成完整的业绩评价体系。
This paper analyzes on the different levers of the performance evalu ation, expounds the reasons of designing the performance evaluation indexes star ting from the enterprise target, and puts forward that the enterprise should est ablish rational payoff plan to form complete performance evaluation system.
