摘要
针对以工业计算机测试模板组成的测试系统编程复杂、修改繁缛的问题 ,提出了由图形化计算机编程语言(VEE)和工业控制计算机测试模板组成的电液伺服阀自动测试系统 ,开发了 VEE编程语言和计算机模板结合的数据动态连接库程序。利用 VEE的数据处理功能和数据库管理功能提高了测试系统的精度和自动化程度 ,测试系统开发周期短 ,修改和移植方便 ,具有虚拟测试仪器的功能 ,适合于实验室条件下的测试。
In view of the problem that the testing systems based on PCI computer are quite complex in programming and modification,an automatic testing system consisting of the VEE software and PCI computer is proposed in this paper. The DLL of VEE and DAQ is also programmed.This method improved the accuracy and automation of the system and saved the time of programming.The system works as a virtual instrument suitable for hydralic testing in a laborlatory.
