还原性气氛下铝热还原法制备Al_2O_3-TiB_2复合陶瓷的热力学分析 被引量:2

Thermodynamic Calculation of Al_2O_3-TiB_2 Ceramic Composites Obtained from Aluminothermic Reduction in Reducing Atmosphere

摘要 通过热力学计算,分析还原性气氛下10Al 3B2O3 3TiO2系的反应过程、产物中可能存在的物相以及产物在CO和N2存在条件下的稳定性。计算结果表明,由于CO和N2存在,产物相组成除了TiB2和Al2O3外,可能有TiN,TiC,9Al2O3·2B2O3等存在,AlN,Al4C3,BN,Al2O3·TiO2等存在的可能性很小。高于1788K左右,产物TiB2能够稳定存在。低于此温度,TiB2可能和CO反应。在反应条件下,TiB2能够在N2气氛中稳定存在。 Reaction process, possible resultants and stability of resultants of 10Al-3B_(2)O_(3)-3TiO_(2) system in the presence of CO and N_(2) are analyzed by thermodynamic calculation. The results show that: In the presence of CO and N_(2),corundum and TiB_(2) as main phase exist in Al_(2)O_(3)-TiB_(2) ceramics obtained from aluminothermite reduction in 10Al-3B_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2) systems. Due to the presence of CO and N_(2),small amounts of TiC, or TiN or their solid solution remain. AlN,Al_(4)C_(3),BN,Al_(2)O_(3)·TiO_(2) are not thermally verified to exist in the reaction resultants. Above 1788K, TiB_(2) will remain stable in the presence of CO and N_(2);below 1788, TiB_(2) won't react with N_(2) but with CO.
