摘要
在溶液培养的条件下 ,对经大田和盆栽试验筛选出的两种利用磷素有显著差异的玉米自交系品种进行试验 ,研究其在吸收磷和磷在地上部和根部的分配以及根形态的差异。结果表明 :低磷条件下 ,两自交系玉米根体积都比正常供磷条件下变小 ,而KH1 2在低磷浓度下的根体积明显大于忻 90 0 5 ;随着供磷水平的下降 ,两自交系玉米的地上部及根部的干重随之下降 ,而根冠比增加 ,但低磷条件下 ,KH1 2地上部和根部吸磷量都比忻 90 0 5低 ,说明磷高效基因型KH1 2能以较少的磷产生一定的干物质 ,即磷的利用效率较高。
Two maize inbred lines, selected from previous field and pot experiments were used in order to compare the (genotypic) variations in total P uptake, P partition between shoot and root and its relation to root morphology at two P levels under solution cultures, The results showed that although both root volume were less than the normal P level, KH12,a P efficient variety had a larger root volume than Xin 9005 at P-deficient treatment. With the P supply decreasing, root and shoot (biomass) also (decreased), while root to shoot ratio increased. Though KH12 absorbed less P than Xin 9005 at low phosphorus supply, the ratio of dry weight between root P accumulation and shoot accumulation are larger than Xin 9005. This indicates that KH12 are able to (produce) more dry weight using less P absorbed from low P medium.
